Light

• Prefers bright, indirect light with some direct sun.
• Can tolerate lower light but will grow more slowly and become leggy.
• If kept indoors, a south- or west-facing window is ideal.

Watering

• Water only when the soil is completely dry (typically every 1-2 weeks).
• Use the soak-and-dry method—water thoroughly, then allow excess water to drain.
• In winter, reduce watering to prevent root rot.

Humidity & Temperature

• Prefers average indoor humidity but can tolerate drier air.
• Ideal temperature range: 60-80°F 
• Keep away from cold drafts and temperatures below 50°F 

Soil & Potting

• Use a well-draining, sandy soil mix (cactus or succulent mix works well).
• A terra cotta pot with drainage holes is ideal to prevent overwatering.

Fertilization

• Feed with a diluted balanced liquid fertilizer once a month during the growing season (spring and summer).
• No need to fertilize in fall and winter.

Pruning & Maintenance

• Trim long vines to encourage bushier growth.
• Remove yellow or damaged leaves to keep the plant healthy.

Propagation

• Propagates easily from stem cuttings or tuberous nodes placed in soil or water.
• Cuttings should include at least one node (where roots will develop).
